Operation of machine

The HPCS machines can accommodate engine parts which accumulate long term grease, carbon and other contaminants build-up. The parts desired for cleaning are placed into the internal washing cabinet and then closed. Using the neoprene gloves which insert from the exterior of the machine to the interior, the technician (user) can handle the machine tools to robustly clean parts in a mess-free method. Both machines contain a high-pressure fluid nozzle, constant fluid flow pipe, air gun and brush for efficient cleaning. Once thoroughly cleaned, the heater is activated to allow the cleaned parts to dry in-situ.

The cotton lining prevents the inside of the gloves becoming slippery and adds to the comfort and ease of use for the operator. The gloves ensure the operator’s hands stay clean and dry during use so they can move from one cleaning task to the next job quickly and easily. The washing table houses the 70l detergent Reservoir just below it with easy access from above. This allows the use of the reservoir 2-stroke parts as and when required.

The water and detergent mixture can be heated to the desired temperatures and is deployed through the low-pressure nozzle or the high-pressure fluid gun. The mixture is double filtered and recycled through the system keeping running costs as low as possible. When the solution comes to the end of its life, it can easily be drained through the waste valve at the base of the cabinet. The cleaning area is fully enclosed keeping any mess self-contained and reducing any workshop hazards. With a powerful pump and a 3.7 kW motor delivering 42-100 BAR cleaning power, the HPCS machines make short work of cleaning motor parts. Simple valve operation makes it easy to switch between the lower pressure detergent hose and the high-pressure detergent gun. To separate high-pressure air jets come from the air gun and upper mounted air hose. The air hose offers hands-free operation with the ability to adjust the position and direction of the air jets on both hands can be used to manipulate the part during cleaning.

The machines also provide an air wiper for the screen to maintain clear visibility of the cleaning area during operation. Activation of the detergent flow is controlled by footswitch operation along with additional user-controlled switches for internal lamp, heater, and air. This is located on the side of the unit keeping all the controls easily accessible for the operator.
